For those who are not familiar with the term ebleskiver, they’re delightful small and spherical pancakes on occasion filled with fruit or nuts, and adored by Scandinavian folk. You may be able to use a basic pancake recipe, or one provided with the pan, and you may be able to get creative with adding other ingredients, powdering with sugar after baking, and so on. In any way, if you want to make ebleskiver, you have to have a conventional ebleskiver pan.
Scandinavians love the spherical little pancakes called Ebleskiver. Many “traditional” recipes for them exist, but any old pancake recipe will do, as well as prepackaged pancake mix and concoctions beginning with cake combinations.
