The Bayou Classic cut about 45 minutes to an hour off of my brew time. Got three gallons of water to a boil in less than half the time of my kitchen range, and held a good strong boil for an hour. If you are a homebrewer wanting to leave the stovetop, and go to an outdoor propane cooker, this is the one to purchase.

This burner puts out many of BTUs but it is also pretty noisy. I use it with a nine gallon pot and it gets boiling fast. Served my reasons beer brewing perfectly!

I used the SP10 for the 1st time last weekend. It was about 50 degrees out and I got a eight gal. Keg of cold tap water up to a boil in about 30 minutes, impressed. I was a bit disappointed with the fact that because i used such a big vessel a bit wider than the unit itself most of the escaping heat burned many of the black paint on the unit and emmited a not too nice smell for many time. I guess this is inevitable, and they most likely just paint them for astetic reasons, but this is a hot flame! I also bought another burner model BG10 for about $10 and a 20psi regulator kit, if you had another stand or could improvise, that could be another way to go to get the same quality heat.

Rating: Fits like a glove!
I bought a Weber Spirit 310 and bought this simultaneously to keep it in great form.

The cover fits the grill perfectly and is very easy to take on &amp, off.

I have not had it through a winter still so I do not know how well it will hold up, but it went through some rainstorms and the sprinklers and is doing great!

I love how easy it’s to take off &amp, put back on. It means it really gets USED!

I also like how thick it’s. It looks to be made of many pretty hefty material, which is nice because the weight of it holds it on the grill in the wind too. The Velcro modification on the side is really nice to get it to fit snug on our grill. Worked great!

All in all, it is been a great cover!

Rating: Great cover
This cover is hardy. It has velcro straps on the sides to let you to cinch it in. No losing this one on a windy day! it seems great and lets you to leave your tools hanging on the side hooks of the grill. I generally let my grill cool before putting it back on. It shed the rain and protected the grill from any debris or bird poop.

Rating: Weber grill cover
It’s just a little big for our Spirit E310 grill. You must pull the velcro straps pretty long to stay tight. Otherwise is is good.

I had to research this by part number as I have a Weber Genesis Silver B that I have had for almost 8+ years. Description at 1st looks it would not work but this cover fits perfectly. Happy I got it.

Rating: Good strengthened fabric
Bought this cover because it was the correct size for this specific Weber grill. Plus, since the Weber was so well made, I was sure the quality of the cover could be the same.

The fabric is heavy responsibility and strengthened. The sides have velcro straps that make a nice tight fit around the base.

Now the real test will be if it can withstand the Florida sun. Our grill is off the garage and in the direct sun. Florida sun is brutal to everything. When I lived in Pa, the open sun was no big deal, but in Florida the sun “devastates” everything throughout the summer months. Plus, we live near the gulf, and the salt water mist corodes all metal surfaces. So we’ll see!

But, in general, I do not think that you’ll find a better quality cover at any price. And for such a big investment as a Weber grill, you must have a good cover to protect it from the elements.
