Rating: Still in great form after 19 months!
We bought one of these with the ten inch variant. After years of disappointment in non stick skillets we have found a product that works and lasts. 19 months afterward, having seen almost daily use of each, these skillets are in great form, and should last a long time to come. We can strongly recommend these skillets for quality, longevity, and bang for the buck. Here are the basic rules we follow to take care of them: No heat above medium setting, never use “Pam” or any spray oils we use olive oil, never use metal utensils don’t be tempted, no matter what they say about being safe for metal utensils, and only use scouring pads made for non stick skillets although scouring pads are seldom needed. The surfaces now only show tiny wear scratches, and nothing that goes all the way through the non stick level. Only normal wear and tear, and less than any other non stick skillet we have owned. And the non stick surface still works like it should. They are keepers, and we will purchase again when they do wear out. Good for you Cuisinart!

This is a great value. There’s no question that this Cuisinart skillet does totally everything it is supposed to do, but what makes it extraordinary is the price! You simply can not go wrong purchase IT!

The pan arrived quickly. I have used it some number of times usually for eggs and it performed well. I have only had it a short time so I do not know about the durability of the nonstick surface still. I did a just total of research before buy and this pan had good reviews.

The perfect sized pan I could not selected but a friend insisted and after trying it out, I realized I had been missing out for many years. Food cooks evenly and pan heats quickly.

The three star ranking is for the inherent weaknesses of all nonstick skillets I have ever used: the surface will last a bit more than a year, or less, the handle is sub par, and the skillet is too light and prone to warping. Among that group this one is a 5, hands down.
The cooking surface is big and it’ll work in a 500 degree oven. I like it much better than any other nonstick skillet it is size.
For everyday use I have 12″ Le Creuset, but there are many dishes that work best with a nonstick and this one is an excellent performer.
