I could not do without this product particularly on holidays. Not many people have enough ovens to manage all the roasting, baking and heating that goes on at that time. I cooked a big prime rib in mine at Christmas and a big turkey at Thanksgiving and it was a life saver. At other times I have put in pies to bake or casseroles to bake while my regular oven was available for other things.

I bought this roaster with the intention of using it for Thansgiving, as we typically do two turkeys, and oven space is so restricted. Both the oven turkey and the roaster turkey were done simultaneously. Once they were plated, we could not tell them separately. Both were done to perfection, browned outside, tender & juicy inside. My daughter isn’t easily impressed, but she really liked the results. Now she wants one too. But she’s not to get mine.

I greatly recommend this roaster. One warning, though. The outside gets really hot, so make sure it can be used in a safe place where nobody will get burned.

I bought this item because I have a comparatively small wall oven. My normal roasting pan barely fits inside the oven , then, of course, nothing else will fit till the turkey is done. I has been surprised to find, or not find, a product like this in my local stores, so was quite happy to discover it on Amazon. Turkey turned out excellent today, and I’m looking forward to other uses already. Possibly I can cook a beef roast that will come out not seeming to be boiled, fried, or fossilized! The only downside is the storage issue. If you have little space you’ll have to be creative w/regard to how & where to stash the box till the next time you want to use it. I love it and am happy w/my purchase!
